What You Can Expect

Set in a stunning location on the edge of the river, Backstage Loft is a short walk from the main Klein Matterhorn ski lift and the village centre. It is a unique property designed and furnished by the celebrated local designer Heinz Julen, where large architectural windows meet traditional alpine style. The open-plan living area has a wood-burning stove as the focal point and the TV room and whirlpool are the perfect places to relax and enjoy the views. The double-height rooms are encased in glass providing spectacular views and a truly unique environment. There are five double bedrooms all with king-sized beds and en-suite showers, many of which have balcony access. There is a separate cinema room with kitchenette and bathroom on the lower-ground floor, which can also be used as an extra bedroom.

The chalet has a spectacular whirlpool on the ground level with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that can be opened or closed allowing guests to enjoy an indoor or outdoor bathing experience. On the lower floor there is a sauna, hammam/steam room, as well as a well-equipped gym. Guests also have complimentary use of the wellness spa area at the boutique Backstage Hotel.
